Alright, this is a sad week. Only one book, so I decided not to do an actual picture. This week, my only book purchase was "City of Ashes" by Cassandra Clare. I own, but still haven't read, the first one, but my friend said once you finish the first one you NEED the second one... and I couldn't pass up the sale price of FOUR DOLLARS!But that's it for me this week, now back to reading!

I know what that's like. There are a few books that are on my backlist that I'd like to read, but I get sidetracked by other things. I wish I was a speedreader.
ReplyDeleteI read pretty fast, I think. But even so, life just keeps getting in the way. And it doesn't help that I work at a library and keep finding more things to borrow and read, or watch, or listen to.
ReplyDeleteBut if you read things too fast, then all the fun and magic of each book is over too quickly. Be glad you're not a speedreader - keep the fun going!
