Type: Series, Book 1, Contemporary Romance, Intrigue, Mitus Can Touch Me Whenever He Wants

About the Book: She’s desperate for the one man she must avoid at all costs…

Forced to work with him, she can’t deny that Colton is gorgeous, brilliant, commanding. And the enemy. Her traitorous body craves his touch every moment of every day. And then she finds out about the erotic games he plays…

Corporate raider Colton Mitus is success and power personified. He demands control in the boardroom and in the bedroom. So he shouldn’t be tempted by the newest member of the Mitus team. But he is. Brigit challenges him and frustrates him, but also quiets the demons that haunt him, especially as she agrees to be drawn into his secret, sinful world.

The most lucrative deal of Colton’s career places Brigit’s family’s company in jeopardy. When old enemies return hell-bent on ruining him, Brigit is the only person who can save him. But she’s been keeping secrets that could destroy everything… [Description from Goodreads.com]

My Review:

This was awesome! I started reading an hour before bed, thinking I’d get some read before passing out for the night - but no, I had to stay up until I finished it. Normally, I enjoy reading romance because, well… to be honest, I really enjoy the smut. But in this book, the smut just added to what was seriously a very intriguing story. I couldn’t put it down. The story itself is classic - a woman with a secret she needs to keep hidden from the man she’s falling for - but author Stoni Alexander gives it her own spin, making this book unique.

This is one of those cases where I’m so glad this was offered to review, because I’m not sure I would have ever heard about it otherwise. And I would have been really missing out. I can’t praise this enough, it was just that good. This is the only book the author has written, which breaks my heart a little because I’d love to read more by her. But fear not! There will be another book in the Touch series coming later this year, featuring some different main characters. I can’t wait!

Cover Lovin': Two thumbs up!

Recommendation: Book one, no prior knowledge necessary - but you'll be desperate for more by this author!

Final Rating: FIVE out of FIVE stars! I couldn't put this down, and I cannot wait for more.

Happy Reading!
