My Review: I love Lora Leigh. She writes some incredibly hot scenes, and her heroes always make me drool. Collision Point is no different. The steamy scenes made this book, I just wish there were a few less of them. Which is something I never thought I'd say. But I think what I really mean is I wish there was more emphasis on the story. I just needed more, there. A bit more punch, as it were. 

I will say Lora Leigh is good at suspense. This book had a different tone than my favorite Lora Leigh book (Loving Lies, if you're curious), but that just shows that this author has a fantastic range. And since this is the start of a new series, I'm excited about getting more!

Recommendation: Start of a new series.

Final Rating: THREE out of FIVE stars (3/5)! Wanted more story to even out with the steamy scenes.

Review: SPARK by S.L. Scott!

My Review: This was an awesome, emotional read. I stayed up way too late reading because I couldn't stop myself. Long-time readers know I love my musicians and rock stars, and this is an absolutely perfect example. It was steamy and sweet all at once.

Jet is hit with a huge surprise that will change his life - and what makes him such an amazing hero is that he rises to the challenge. There's some fantastic characterization in this book. They all felt so real, so genuine, like I would just see them around town. And boy, oh boy... do I wish I could find a Jet of my own.

Recommendation: You'll want the brothers story asap!

Final Rating: FOUR out of FIVE stars (4/5)
